My mother passed away unexpectedly and unattended. During this time her home owner insurance lapsed leaving her home uncovered. As soon as I found the notice, I immediately called the underwriter to explain the situation and pay the payment. Much to my surprise I was told that I could not pay the payment and the policy would not be re-instated. But Michael stepped in and saved the day! Not only did he call the underwriter and attempt to work out the situation but when the underwriter would not budge, Michael found an insurance company to insure my mother’s home.

"Every time I call, or stop into the office, Rachel is always greeting you with a big smile and asks how she can assist. Like most customer service, they are quick to either put you on hold or to pass you along to someone else. Rachel is the complete opposite! She takes her time to hear your concerns/issues and gathers as much information as possible to make sure she gets you to the right person or to provide the correct information you are needing. She truly takes the time to listen, because sometimes that’s all we need is someone to hear us. Each time I have called requesting information, Rachel has provided the information not only in a timely manner but will follow up to make sure I received it and to make sure there are no other issues that need to be resolved. If I ever have any questions that she is not able to answer, I trust she will either transfer me to someone that can answer those questions or she will get back to me promptly with the answers."
